Admission Process in Germany

• University Application – After receiving results, fill out the university's online application.

• Confirmation Letter – Receive a confirmation letter within 4-15 working days, followed by an official invitation from the university.

• Submit Documents – Print and send the completed application form and required documents via email.

• Verification – The university reviews applications and issues either an acceptance or rejection letter.

• Fee Payment – Upon acceptance, pay the initial fee and receive the fee acknowledgment letter.

• Visa Application – Apply for a student visa immediately after acceptance. The university will send an official invitation letter for the process.
